Welcome, Contestants!
Caster is an AI digital assistant to their Operator, Nathan, programmed to act as an all-automatic entertainer, but primarily they did through their Operator's music collection and play video games.
They've taken their hosting and tabletop gaming skills to Fluffy Barrage as part of the commentary team, interrupted by a brief villain arc.

Name: | Synthwave | Math Rock | Trip Hop | Clawpunk | Vogue | Vaporwave
Description: | Rotom is Caster's favourite Pokémon, having kinship with a fellow electric ghost. | A mysterious selection from Caster's favourite Generation, it uses edge-case rules to catch opponents by surprise. | The most delightful(ly awful) gem goblin, it's stacked with moves to disrupt game plans. | A reincarnation of one of the (few) survivors of Caster's Soul Link Nuzlocke with Raffi the Owl, it acts as the team's lead sweeper. | You better work! The rightful queen of sassy grass-type Pokémon, she offers both high damage and pinch support. | The special attacker of the team, the karmic roulette of Tri-Attack is a crowd pleaser.
Team Strategy: | Leaning towards Caster's love of the dice, the team is filled with powerful but risky moves, like Overheat, Rock Slide, Triple Axel and Tri Attack. Clawpunk and Vaporwave were often the targets of Dynamaxing, to make use of the defensive-boosing effects of Ground and Steel Max Moves, or the Sleep-prevention of the Electric Max Move.
Notes: | Caster took a lot of agency in creating their team in-game, though this created some unexpected errors, including not giving their trained 'mon any Dynamax candy!
